Theyab bin Mohammed bin Zayed participates with employees of government agencies during the Ramadan Iftar in “Barza Abu Dhabi”

ABU DHABI, 25th February, 2017 (WAM) – His Highness Sheikh Theyab bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Office for Development Affairs and Families of Martyrs, employees of government agencies and their families, participated in the Ramadan iftar banquet at “Barzat Abu Dhabi”, the Ramadan Council of the Abu Dhabi government, which is organized by the Abu Dhabi Media Office at Qasr Al Hosn until February 26th.
His Highness exchanged congratulations with the leaders and employees of the Abu Dhabi government and their families on the occasion of the blessed month of Ramadan, calling on God Almighty to return this occasion to everyone with goodness, right and blessings, and to perpetuate the blessing of security, stability and prosperity in the UAE.
His Highness stressed that “Barzat Abu Dhabi” represents a social space that enhances communication and cohesion within the government work system, and a platform that brings together government employees in a Ramadan atmosphere that establishes a culture of dialogue, enhances familiarity and the spirit of one team, which reflects the values of shared responsibility and belonging that characterize Emirati society, and embodies the country’s established traditions of hospitality, generosity and warmth.
His Highness pointed out that organizing “Barzat Abu Dhabi” is in line with the goals of the Year of the Family in the UAE, which consolidates the values of family cohesion and community cohesion, and stresses the importance of empowering the family and enhancing its role in building a cohesive and prosperous society. His Highness praised the initiatives that contribute to embodying these values by providing an interactive space that brings together employees and their family members in an environment that enhances rapprochement and consolidates family ties within government work institutions within government work institutions.
The breakfast banquet was attended by a number of officials, employees and their family members from various entities, including the Office of Development Affairs and Families of Martyrs, the International Humanitarian Affairs Council, the Founder’s Office, the Zayed Humanitarian Legacy Foundation and its affiliated institutions, in addition to Etihad Rail Company, Abu Dhabi Transport Company, the Emirates Council for Balanced Development, the Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority, and the Arab Youth Centre.
