“Al Wasl Gift” stimulates the eye in front of Khor Fakkan

Al Ain seeks to capitalize on Al Wasl’s gift, which disrupted Shabab Al Ahly’s start by drawing with them the day before yesterday with a score of (1-1), when “Al Zaeem” is a guest of Khor Fakkan at Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Stadium at 9:30 pm today, setting his sights on achieving victory and regaining the top spot in the professional league from “Dubai Knights” in Round 18.
Al-Ain enters the confrontation in second place with 41 points, one point behind leaders Shabab Al-Ahly (42 points), with a postponed match for the latter against Al-Wahda. These data give the match double importance, as any stumble may complicate the calculations of the lead for the “Purple”.
Although Al Ain has never lost to Khor Fakkan in the professional league (11 wins and two draws), the historical numbers do not necessarily reflect the reality of the confrontation, especially in light of the significant absences due to suspension, which will deprive the team of the efforts of Paraguayan international Alejandro Caco and Egyptian international Rami Rabia.
“Al-Zaeem” faces a tactical challenge in front of Khor Fakkan’s coach, the Croatian Damir Krznar, who previously worked as an assistant in Al Ain during the period of former coach Zoran Mamic, which gives him knowledge of the team’s nature and style.
This season, Al Ain is characterized by clear mental strength, as it tops the list of teams with the most points after falling behind in the result (8 points), which is an indication of its cohesion and ability to return to matches.
On the other hand, Khor Fakkan, which is in ninth place with 19 points, does not provide a stable performance. After two successive wins over Al-Wasl (1-0) and Al-Dhafra (3-2), it suffered a major loss against Ajman (2-5), then tied in the last round (2-2) against Al-Nasr, which reflects a state of fluctuation in the results.
Dibba – Al-Nasr
Dibba is looking forward to achieving an unprecedented achievement in its history in the professional league, by winning three consecutive rounds for the first time, when it receives its guest Al-Nasr at 9:30 pm, which in turn is seeking to end the series of draws that have plagued it in the past three rounds.
Dibba goes into the match in penultimate place with 12 points, after achieving two successive victories at home against Khor Fakkan (1-0) and Bani Yas (2-1). The victory in today’s match will be historic, as it represents a great morale boost in the struggle for survival.
On the other hand, Al-Nasr, which is in seventh place with 22 points, realizes that its current position does not reflect the aspirations of its fans who are waiting for the “Dean” to return to the competition circle, which makes the confrontation a test of its ability to restore balance and turn draws into victories.
Al Bataeh – Baniyas
At 9:30 pm, Khalid Bin Mohammed Stadium will host a direct confrontation in the relegation struggle between Al Bataeh and its guest, Bani Yas, in a meeting during which the two teams seek to stay away from danger.
Al-Bataeh enters the match in 12th place with 13 points, after achieving four draws against one loss in the last five rounds, which reflects a relative improvement in performance, but it still needs to regain the tone of victories to strengthen its position.
On the other hand, Baniyas is at the bottom of the standings with 11 points, and has no choice but to win to leave last place. Indicators of improved performance have appeared, evident in their difficult loss to Al Ain (2-3), but translating this development into points remains the most prominent challenge.
