Improving the professional and societal status of teachers is a national priority

The Minister of Family, Sanaa bint Mohammed Suhail, confirmed that the UAE Education Day embodies the belief of the wise leadership that investing in people is the most important investment and that education is not only an academic path, but an integrated national project to build people and preserve identity, noting that our educational system derives its strength from our authentic Emirati values and traditions, which form the moral and behavioral framework under which our children grow to be committed to their roots, open to the world and capable of creating the future.
On the occasion of celebrating “Emirati Education Day,” she said that the family is an essential partner in the educational process. Empowering it and enhancing its awareness is directly reflected in students’ achievement and psychological stability. She stressed that education is a shared national responsibility in which the roles of the family, school, and society are integrated. She also stressed that the teacher is the cornerstone of the quality of education and its outcomes, and that raising his professional and societal status is a national priority because of his profound impact on consolidating values and building generations.
She explained that Emirati Education Day embodies the concept of “growth and belonging,” as the building of a human being begins with the family and is strengthened through national education with a unified vision and clear messages, reflecting the impact of education and the role of the family as essential partners in preparing generations capable of continuing the development process and shaping the future.
