“Sinomi Centers” receives notification that lawsuits have been filed against it from the owner of Dhahran Mall

It is not possible at this stage to estimate the liability that the company may bear until the start of the judicial hearings, and any developments related to the lawsuits will be announced at that time.

The company confirmed that it reserves all its statutory and legal rights and is working with its legal advisors to study these lawsuits and take all legal and regulatory measures to claim its rights and file counterclaims against the other party to compensate it for any damages or losses that may befall it in order to defend its interests and the interests of its shareholders.
