Laden Investment Company received a number of invoices for white land fees in amounts amounting to 5,282,302 riyals, 8,046,359 riyals, and 2,562,677 riyals for the years 2023 AD, 2024 AD, and 2026 AD, respectively.

According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"The company submitted a request to be exempted from these fees, due to the non-applicability of the standards for applying the fees contained in the executive regulations for white land and vacant real estate fees. The list has no material impact on the company’s business and financial position.
