Etihad Airways extends the suspension of its flights to and from Abu Dhabi

Etihad Airways announced the continued impact of the closure of regional airspace on its operations, as all flights to and from Abu Dhabi were suspended until 14:00 UAE time on Tuesday, March 3, 2026.
The company advised customers to check the status of their flight on the carrier’s website, and to ensure that their contact information is updated in the reservation.
She added: Guests holding Etihad tickets issued on or before February 28, 2026, and whose original travel dates were until March 7, 2026, can rebook for free on Etihad flights until March 18, 2026.
She added that customers on all Etihad flights until March 7 can also request a full refund via the refund form or through the travel agent, and guests who booked through travel agents must communicate directly with their agent.
Etihad Airways confirmed that the safety of guests and cabin crew remains the absolute priority, and that services will resume only after all safety standards are met.
