المملكة: "Water": March 31 deadline for correcting filling station licenses

It was obligatory to register and execute orders through the digital platform, and to provide the sales price before carrying out the activity, in addition to installing, maintaining and operating tanker control and monitoring systems around the clock.

The Authority confirmed that the process of obtaining the license takes place through clear electronic steps that include entering the Authority’s official website, choosing the type of license, filling out the required data, and submitting the application through the platform, so that the license is issued after all requirements are met.
The authority warned against violating these instructions, warning that non-compliance may lead to legal accountability and cessation of activity, calling on everyone to take advantage of the corrective period to ensure the continuation of work in conformity with the approved health and legal standards.
