The President of the State receives a phone call from the Dutch Prime Minister, during which he condemned the Iranian attacks on the territory of the Emirates
Abu Dhabi, 5 March / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, today received a phone call from His Excellency Rob Yetten, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, during which they discussed the dangerous military and security situations in the region in light of the accelerating military escalation there and its impact on regional and global security and peace.
His Excellency the Prime Minister expressed the Netherlands’ condemnation of the blatant Iranian attacks targeting the lands of the UAE and a number of sister countries in the region, and the violation of international law and the United Nations Charter, stressing that the Netherlands had summoned the Iranian ambassador to confirm its protest and condemnation of Iran’s attacks against the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
For his part, His Highness the President of the State expressed his thanks to His Excellency for the Netherlands’ supportive and solidarity position with the UAE.
