The Head of State visits the Ministry of Defense

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, may God protect him, visited the Ministry of Defence, as part of His Highness’s follow-up of developments in the current situation and reviewing the latest developments related to defense and military affairs, and the efforts made to enhance operational readiness and prepare for various challenges.

During the visit, His Highness was briefed on the readiness of the armed forces and their capabilities to deal with various urgent challenges in light of the military escalation and its dangerous repercussions on security and stability in the region.

During the visit, His Highness the President was accompanied by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, His Highness Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in the Al Ain Region, His Highness Sheikh Theyab bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Head of the Presidential Office for Development Affairs and Families of Martyrs, Mohammed bin Mubarak bin Fadel Al Mazrouei, Minister of State for Defense Affairs, and Lieutenant General Ibrahim Nasser Al Alawi, Undersecretary. The Ministry of Defence, Hamad Mohammed Thani Al Rumaithi, Military Affairs Advisor to the President of the State, Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak, Head of the Executive Affairs Authority, Faisal Abdul Aziz Al Bannai, Advisor to the President of the State for Strategic Research and Advanced Technology, and a number of senior officers of the Ministry of Defence.
