المملكة: Continuing to provide field services at the Prophet’s Mosque during the remainder of Ramadan
The General Authority for the Affairs of The Prophet’s Mosque Implementing an integrated system of field services inside the Prophet’s Mosque and its courtyards during the remainder of the month of Ramadan, through specialized teams working around the clock to serve worshipers and visitors and create an atmosphere of faith for them.
Organizing crowds and monitoring the readiness of services
The field teams begin organizing crowd movement and managing Worshipers’ flows inside the Prophet’s Mosque and its courtyards, ensuring smooth entry and exit and benefiting from the spaces designated for prayer, in conjunction with monitoring the readiness of prayer halls, facilities and support services, and implementing continuous cleaning and sterilization work to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, especially during peak times at the end of the holy month.
Various services for visitors
It also includes Service System Providing watering Zamzam water in designated locations inside the Prophet’s Mosque and its courtyards, in addition to taking care of the Qur’an and arranging them in their designated places in a way that makes it easier for worshipers and visitors to perform their worship with ease and reassurance.
These efforts come within an integrated system of services implemented by the General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Prophet’s Mosque; With the aim of improving the quality of services provided to visitors of the Prophet’s Mosque during the Ramadan season.
