Sharjah’s goal is to return to victories

Sharjah coach, Portuguese Jose Moraes, confirmed his team’s readiness to face Kalba tomorrow, Tuesday, in the 20th round of the ADNOC Professional League, stressing that Sharjah is looking forward to returning to the winning path by achieving victory and collecting the three points before the expected suspension period for the league.
He explained that the competition in the league is accelerating as it approaches its final stages, pointing out that Kalba is a distinguished team and offers good levels, which makes achieving victory against them require great effort on the field.
Moraes said during the introductory press conference for the match, which was held today, Monday, at the club’s headquarters in Sharjah: “Our preparations are going well for the Kalba match, and we are looking forward to delivering a strong performance that will achieve the result we aspire to.”
He added that pressure is normal in football, stressing that all matches are important, but the difference lies in ambition, desire and work to achieve victory.
For his part, Sharjah player Hareb Abdullah confirmed that the players and the technical and administrative staff are determined to improve the team’s image and adjust its position in the league standings during the upcoming matches, indicating that this will be done step by step.
He added that the team seeks to have a strong reaction in the next match against Kalba, in order to return to the path of victories.
