Solidarity Bahrain expands the scope of medical insurance services to support its clients

Solidarity Bahrain, one of the largest insurance companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain and a subsidiary of Solidarity Holding Group, announced the launch of a package of effective initiatives to support its customers in light of the current circumstances that the country is going through, as part of its firm commitment to protecting the health of society and preserving its safety. These initiatives aim to preserve the physical and psychological health of the company’s customers by ensuring their access to health services, remote medical consultations, and necessary medications without interruption.

Within the framework of these initiatives, psychological counseling services have become within the scope of coverage for health insurance policies provided by Solidarity Bahrain, allowing policyholders and their family members to benefit from this service during these situations. The scope of coverage has also been expanded to include remote medical consultation services provided by a group of hospitals in the Kingdom of Bahrain, which allows customers to communicate with doctors and obtain the necessary advice without the need to visit health facilities.

Solidarity Bahrain also introduced a home delivery service for prescription medicines, including medicines prescribed for chronic diseases, to ensure that policyholders receive treatment easily and safely, as they can now call the hotline mentioned on their health insurance card, which operates 24 hours a day, to have the medicines delivered to their homes.

On this occasion, Ms. Enas Asiri, Executive Vice President of Medical and Life Insurance for Solidarity Bahrain, said: “The health of our customers and the safety of the entire community are always at the top of our priorities. We realize that the current conditions that our dear Kingdom is going through may impose major health and psychological challenges on everyone, so we were keen to launch these initiatives that ensure the continuity of our customers’ access to the necessary health care and psychological support. These measures reflect Solidarity Bahrain’s commitment to supporting its customers and enabling them to access medical services.” And the medications they need in a safe and accessible way.”

She added: “At Solidarity Bahrain, we are constantly keen to develop our services and proactively respond to the changing needs of our customers. By offering flexible health solutions and expanding access to remote medical services, we seek to provide greater reassurance and support to policyholders and their families.”
