The President of the State and the Sultan of Oman exchanged Eid al-Fitr congratulations by telephone

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, exchanged with his brother, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, Sultan of Oman, during a phone call today, congratulations on the occasion of the approaching Eid Al Fitr, calling on the Almighty to return it to the two countries and their peoples with goodness and blessings, and to the peoples of the entire world with security and prosperity.

The call also touched on the developments taking place in the region following the military escalation and its dangerous repercussions on regional security and stability, stressing the necessity of resorting to dialogue and diplomatic solutions in addressing the region’s issues in a way that preserves security and peace there.
