Eid Al Fitr.. Abu Dhabi parks paint a global scene of cultural diversity

Abu Dhabi, March 20 / WAM / Abu Dhabi parks attract large numbers of visitors from citizens, residents and tourists alike during Eid Al Fitr.
In a vibrant scene, reflecting the community’s vitality and cultural diversity, where green spaces and public parks are transformed into major destinations.
This festive atmosphere highlights the UAE’s position as an incubator of cultural pluralism and an attractive environment for coexistence, in light of the security, stability and high quality of life it enjoys.
On the first day of Eid Al Fitr, a tour by the Emirates News Agency, WAM, monitored the flow of families to parks in various parts of Abu Dhabi, carrying with them special Eid rituals, where multiple languages and cultures blend in a human scene that reflects the spirit of harmony and harmony between different nationalities.
These open destinations are platforms for cultural convergence, in which everyone shares an atmosphere of joy, in a safe environment equipped with all services that meet the needs of visitors of all age groups.
Throughout the days of Eid, Umm Al Emarat Park in Abu Dhabi offers integrated entertainment and cultural programs, carefully prepared to provide a rich family experience. The activities varied between live shows and interactive activities, in addition to creative workshops that gave children the opportunity to learn through entertainment, while cartoon characters and mobile shows added an atmosphere of joy and fun throughout the park.
The Emirati cultural heritage also enjoyed a prominent presence in these events, through falconry displays that attracted the interest of visitors, in addition to interactive reading sessions that contributed to consolidating cognitive values in children in an inspiring educational atmosphere.
The “Garden Cinema” was a qualitative addition, as it allowed families to watch various cinematic shows in the open air, thus enhancing the concept of community entertainment and adding a cultural dimension to the experience.
In other locations in the emirate, scenes of heavy demand were repeated, as the Corniche parks and public beaches witnessed a wide attendance, with many families preferring to spend extended time outdoors, whether through practicing sports activities, organizing family sessions, or enjoying the play areas designated for children.
The beaches also attracted large numbers of visitors, as they provide an ideal environment that combines entertainment and safety, supported by rescue and ambulance services according to the highest international standards.
This community momentum comes in light of integrated preparations carried out by the Abu Dhabi City Municipality, which was keen to raise the readiness of gardens, parks and beaches, through the implementation of comprehensive maintenance programmes, which included taking care of green spaces and maintaining gaming facilities, in addition to strengthening security and safety systems.
The role of these parks is not limited to being recreational facilities only, but rather they represent integrated urban spaces that enhance the quality of life and encourage the adoption of healthy lifestyles, through the walking and running paths they provide, sports fields, and open areas for practicing physical activities.
It also contributes to supporting family cohesion, by providing safe environments that allow families to spend quality time away from the pressures of daily life.
This scene reflects the extent of development witnessed by the entertainment infrastructure in the emirate, while providing an attractive entertainment environment for all nationalities, which contributes to enhancing the values of tolerance and coexistence that have become an essential feature of Emirati society.
