The grace period for those with expired residency permits to return to the country ends tomorrow

Tomorrow, Tuesday, March 31, the grace period decided by the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Port Security for the return of residents outside the country whose residency has expired ends, and the current conditions in the region prevented them from returning to the country due to the air closure. The authority decided earlier to allow this category of residents to return to the country, and this includes all cases of residents abroad whose residency expired as of last February 28 while they were abroad and were unable to return to the country due to the closure of airspace or the suspension of flights.
The authority stated that this decision is valid for a period of one month until March 31, ensuring that they can enter the country during that period without the need to request a new entry visa.
