Issue Civil Defense Warning that the danger has passed for Eastern Region.
It came via the Civil Defense on the X platform: "For your safety, continue to follow civil defense instructions, and avoid gatherings and photography at all. In case of emergency, call 911."

Raising the early warning

Earlier, an alert was issued from the National Emergency Early Warning Platform in the Eastern Region to warn of danger.
