The Ministry explained that the “Nisk” card must be in the possession of the pilgrim throughout the Hajj period, because of the pivotal role it plays in facilitating movement procedures and ensuring access to the services provided smoothly and safely, within an integrated system that aims to raise the quality of the Field procedures, ensuring the provision of services with high efficiency, as well as supporting organizational efforts within the holy sites.
In the event that the card is not received, the Ministry stressed the importance of reviewing the service company provided, or communicating with the care centers for the guests of God, to avoid any obstacles that may affect the performance of the rituals.
These directives come within the framework of the Ministry’s keenness to regulate the movement of crowds, and to achieve the highest standards of safety and service, in keeping with The Kingdom’s aspirations to provide an easy and safe Hajj experience.
