المملكة: "health" Announces the opening of applications for administrative promotions via the “Masar” platform

Announced The Ministry of Health, represented by the Ministry’s Agency for Human Resources, announced the start date for registering job applications for promotions (civil service) for those occupying ranks from ten to twelve, via the “Masar” platform.
The Ministry explained that the application will take place during the period from 19 to 24 Shawwal 1447 AH, calling on the targeted employees to complete the registration of their desires via the electronic link to the platform (
The Ministry indicated that the comparison between applicants will take place according to a number of approved standards, whereby the job performance evaluation for the year 2025 constitutes (50%) of the total evaluation, while volunteer work is calculated at (20%) according to the approved national platforms, provided that volunteer hours are not less than 40 hours and a maximum of 800 hours.
The Ministry stressed the importance of verifying the accuracy of the data registered on the “Masar” platform before specifying desires, with the necessity of reviewing the human resources departments in the event of any observations to update the data through the official systems.
She stated that the application window will be closed after the end of the specified period, and amendment or registration will not be available after that, noting that uploading documents will be done through the resources system after determining job desires.
She added that the selection of jobs is made according to the entered desires, and that nomination does not necessarily mean obtaining a promotion, as the candidate can waive it after the issuance of the decision, indicating that if suitable jobs for promotion are not available, the employee is considered ineligible for this course.
The Ministry explained that if the points are equal between the candidates, additional differentiation elements will be applied, which include seniority in the general ladder, then the academic qualification, then the date of obtaining the qualification.
The Ministry concluded by emphasizing that the comparison and nomination procedures are carried out electronically via the “Masar” platform automatically without human intervention, and that the promotion takes effect from the date of starting at the new workplace.
