6 million meals and 1 million gallons of coffee…this is what the American army consumed in the Iran war

On Wednesday, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Dan Keane provided a detailed presentation of the consumption of meals and caffeine by American forces during Operation Epic Fury (the Iran War), in light of the entry into force of the ceasefire agreement between the United States and Iran, according to what CBS News reported.
In a press briefing hours after President Donald Trump and Iran announced the resumption of negotiations, Kane said that the US military consumed approximately one million gallons of coffee during the war, which lasted about 6 weeks, in addition to an unspecified amount of nicotine.
He added: “During this period, we consumed more than 6 million meals, and by my estimate, more than 950,000 gallons of coffee, two million energy drinks, and a large amount of nicotine. But I am not saying that we have a problem.”
