SALIC achieves 1.55 billion dirhams in profits and distributes 890.3 million dirhams
DUBAI, 9 APRIL / WAM / The General Assembly of SALIC PJSC, the exclusive operator of toll gates in Dubai, approved its financial results for the year 2025, with net profits amounting to 1.55 billion dirhams, achieving a growth of 33.4% compared to the same period of the previous year.
During its meeting, chaired by His Excellency Mattar Al Tayer, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and in the presence of Ibrahim Al Haddad, CEO, and members of the Board, the Assembly approved the Board of Directors’ report and financial statements for the fiscal year ending 2025.
The Assembly approved the distribution of cash dividends for the second half of 2025 in the amount of 890.3 million dirhams, including the distribution of 100% of the net profits of the second half amounting to 782.5 million dirhams, in addition to exceptional distributions worth 107.8 million dirhams.
The company’s performance during 2025 reflects growth in profitability indicators, supported by the development of operating activities and the stability of demand for traffic toll services in the emirate.
