The organizing body revealed that the conference seeks to raise the efficiency of professional performance and review the most prominent modern strategies, in addition to exchanging global experiences to formulate a vision that supports qualitative initiatives.The organizers of the event explained that the platform will bring together an elite group of national leaders and specialists in the fields of mental health, education and social development, in addition to the health and security sectors.
The preparatory committees confirmed the participation of prominent national bodies, including the National Center for the Promotion of Mental Health, the Human Rights Commission, and the Health Insurance Council, in a way that reflects The desired “institutional integration”.
A psychologically safe work environment
The agenda indicated that the dialogue sessions will shed light on the leadership role in building a “psychologically safe work environment,” and the impact of institutional culture on the health of workers.The discussions touch on the role of human resources in psychological support, with a careful analysis of the social and psychological transformations resulting from rapid digital and technological changes.
The official program revealed that the opening ceremony will witness a visual presentation titled “Building a human being…a thriving nation,” followed by the inauguration. Specific initiatives, signing agreements for joint cooperation, and honoring partners.
The Scientific Committee added that the events will include the implementation of 7 specialized workshops spanning three days, including Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, to deepen the practical impact of the conference.
The program indicated that Wednesday’s workshops will focus on primary psychological interventions in the educational environment, and innovative techniques for developing models of care, in addition to the hierarchical model of psychopathology.
The committee noted that Thursday’s workshops will discuss the repercussions of adolescents’ use of for artificial intelligence, psychological disorders in the age of technology, and the integration of psychological counseling and intellectual awareness in educational institutions.
The agenda concluded by dedicating a workshop on Saturday to reading early behaviors and monitoring “intellectual risks” within educational and governmental agencies, to ensure the construction of safe and sustainable work environments.
