"G42" and"R/GA" They unveil the first generative interface of its kind in the world

ABU DHABI, 16 APRIL / WAM / G42 and R/GA announced the launch of Alpha.G42.ai, a generative interface that is the first of its kind in the world. It was developed for G42 to provide a completely new adaptive experience that redefines the Internet experience, by transforming the digital presence of brands from traditional websites to dynamic systems based on conversational interaction, and supported by large built-in linguistic models.
According to a press release issued today, Alpha.G42.ai represents a practical prototype of the future of the web, where the interface for interacting with the brand turns into an artificial intelligence agent that creates and organizes content for each site visitor in real time.
The new interface provides an experience based on artificial intelligence agents, where artificial intelligence is fully integrated into the user interface, and as users move within the site or interact via voice and text, the system adapts instantly by organizing and creating content based on the user’s needs.
This allows content to be delivered in highly personalized formats, from an executive briefing tailored to a specific sector, through to a collection of material compiled into a custom audio podcast.
G42 collaborated with R/GA to develop this intelligent system that self-creates and manages its brand experience at scale.
This platform targets an audience that includes leaders in the B2B sector, B2G companies, academia, and entrepreneurs, who seek to interact with G42’s vision of an “Intelligence Network for Artificial Intelligence-based societies,” as the basic infrastructure that will allow intelligence to flow seamlessly across countries, companies, and sector leaders.
Kyle Wheeler, Global Executive Creative Director at R/GA, said: “G42 presented us with an unconventional challenge, which is that websites are no longer useful, and that the role of agencies is no longer what it was, and we were asked to prove the opposite, so our goal was not to redesign a website, but rather to create a new system that represents the next generation for managing the presence of brands on the Internet.
Alessandro Brunori, Vice President of Brand Experience at G42, said: This is not an evolution of a website, but rather a prototype of a new form of the web, as we move from publishing content manually to empowering brands with adaptive artificial intelligence agents that are able to learn, innovate and evolve in real time, in an unprecedented step in designing generative experiences that represents the true beginning of the era of the agent-based web.
This experience was developed to work efficiently on existing web browsers, and was strategically designed to lead the future of AI agent-based brand experiences beyond screens.
By treating content as knowledge that is absorbed by artificial intelligence, the platform generates dynamic outputs that ensure that each visitor’s experience is completely unique and tailored to their specific needs.
Thus, content is no longer entered into content management systems (CMS) manually, nor is it published in the form of static pages. Rather, PDF files, videos, articles, notes, or any other source materials are integrated into the content model, and then transformed into interconnected knowledge.
The system uses this knowledge to generate different formats directed to multiple audiences, taking advantage of its own memory to produce immediate responses when questions or inquiries are raised.
This new approach enhances content management beyond improving its visibility in search engines, by expanding the scope of content and personalizing it more deeply, to also include its presence and influence within artificial intelligence environments, and this represents a qualitative shift from traditional content management practices.
R/GA led the overall strategy, experience design, and technical architecture for the generative interface, in close collaboration with G42’s internal communications, creative, and technology teams.
