Ministry of Interior that Visit visas of all types and names, except "Visa Hajj" It does not authorize the holder to perform the Hajj obligation.
The Ministry indicated that a fine of up to (20,000) riyals will be applied against those who hold visit visas of all types, or attempt to enter or remain in the Holy City of Mecca and the Holy Sites, starting from the (first) day of the month of Dhu al-Qi’dah until the end of the (14) day of the month of Dhu al-Hijjah, and the deportation of those who infiltrate Hajj, whether residents or those who remain behind. to their country and prevent them from entering the Kingdom for a period of (10) years.
Any holder of visit visas of all types and names who enter or attempt to enter or remain in the Holy City of Mecca and the Holy Sites shall be punished with a fine of up to (20,000) riyals.
Hajj Season
The Ministry of Interior called on everyone to adhere to the instructions regulating this year’s Hajj season (1447 AH) and to cooperate with the relevant authorities to achieve the security and safety of the guests of God.
It stressed that violating these instructions exposes those who commit them to statutory penalties, and to take the initiative to report violators via the number (911) in the areas of Mecca. Al-Mukarramah, Medina, Riyadh, and Al-Sharqiyah, and the number (999) in the rest of the Kingdom’s regions.
