Make in the Emirates/Clean energy opens horizons for the low-carbon metals industry

Abu Dhabi, 6 May / WAM / Najiba Al Jabri, CEO of Environmental, Social Governance and Sustainability at Emirates Global Aluminium, confirmed that there are qualitative opportunities for UAE industries thanks to access to clean and green energy, enabling them to meet the global demand for low-carbon metal products.

During a key dialogue session entitled “The New Industrial Solar Belt and Clean Industry as a Competitive Advantage” within the “Make in the UAE 2026” activities, she pointed out that Emirates Global Aluminum is developing advanced technologies in addition to production, in a way that enhances innovation in manufacturing and production processes.
