المملكة: Saturday’s weather: thunderstorms and dusty winds hitting large areas of the Kingdom

The National Center of Meteorology announced, details is expected today, Saturday, in the Kingdom, warning of precipitation and active winds continue to affect many areas.
While the effect of active winds stirring dirt and dust continues on parts of those areas, as well as on parts of the regions of Al-Jawf, the northern and eastern borders, and Najran.
Red Sea
- Surface winds: northwesterly to northerly at a speed of 20-40 km/h on the northern and central part, reaching 48 km/h towards the Gulf of Aqaba, and northwesterly to westerly at a speed of 10-30 km/h on the southern part.
- Wave height: from one to two meters on the northern and central part, reaching above two metres. Towards the Gulf of Aqaba and from half a meter to a meter and a half on the southern part.
- Sea state: Medium wave on the northern and central part, reaching wavy towards the Gulf of Aqaba, and light to medium wave on the southern part.
Arabian Gulf
- Surface winds: northwesterly to northerly on the northern and central part and northwesterly to westerly on the southern part, at a speed of 20-40 km/hour.
- Wave height: from one meter. To two metres.
- Sea state: moderate waves.
