Digital integration has allowed the provision of advanced smart services, including coding luggage and linking it electronically to the pilgrims’ residences in the Kingdom, which enables it to be delivered directly without the need to receive it upon arrival.
Service for the Guests of God
This integration embodies one of the most prominent applications of data and artificial intelligence in service Guests of God, by providing an easy experience based on quality of service and efficient implementation.
It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Interior is implementing the initiative in its eighth year in cooperation with the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Health, Hajj and Umrah, Information, the General Authority of Civil Aviation, the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), the General Authority of Endowments, the Guests of God Service Program, and the General Directorate of Passports, in integration with the digital partner (stc group), Since its launch in 1438 AH/2017 AD, the initiative has served (1,254,994) pilgrims.
