المملكة: Board of Grievances: The expiration of the period does not mean the forfeiture of the right and does not prevent the person responsible for it from being punished

The Board of Grievances clarified that failure to accept the implementation request due to the expiration of statutory periods does not result in the forfeiture of the right or the expiration of the obligation, stressing that this does not affect Loss of obligation or its expiration.
As Article Eight of the same system stipulates that the person entitled to the right must be required within a period not exceeding ten years from the date of the emergence of the right, and thirty days from the date of the claim to submit an enforcement action, and five days if the implementation of an urgent judgment is required.
Returning to the Board of Grievances’ interpretation of Article Nine of the Enforcement System before the Board of Grievances, the ruling not to accept the request due to the expiration of the period does not affect the origin of the right and does not affect its establishment.
As Failure to accept the implementation request does not prevent the application of the provisions of Chapter Four of the Implementation System before the Board of Grievances, which consists of punishing a public employee who commits or participates in the abuse of influence or intentionally refrains from executing bonds with the intention of disrupting it. It is worth noting that the Implementation System before the Board of Grievances considers such acts as major corruption crimes that require arrest.
