Hamdan bin Mohammed congratulates Bushra Al Balushi on representing the Middle East in the “Critical Digital Risks” initiative

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, congratulated Emirati Dr. Bushra Al Balushi upon her selection by the International Telecommunication Union and the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction to be the sole representative of the Middle East region among a selected global elite participating in the “Critical Digital Risks” initiative.

His Highness said through his official account on the “X” platform: “We congratulate the daughter of the Emirates, Dr. Bushra Al Balushi, for her selection by the International Telecommunication Union and the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction, to be the only representative of the Middle East region among a selected global elite participating in the “Critical Digital Risks” initiative, which aims to protect communities around the world digitally and preserve vital cross-border systems…”

His Highness continued, saying: “This selection confirms that the sons and daughters of the Emirates are active partners in protecting the digital future of societies, and in a way that supports joint endeavors to achieve international safety and stability.”
