Sharjah Police praises the courage of two people who saved a driver after his vehicle deteriorated and fell into the sea

The Director General of the General Administration of Comprehensive Police Stations, Brigadier General Ibrahim Al-Ajel, praised the heroic humanitarian stance shown by two people who were able to rescue a vehicle driver whose vehicle deteriorated and fell into the sea as a result of a sudden malfunction in the brake system, stressing that what they did embodies the values of courage, the spirit of social responsibility and humanitarian cooperation in dealing with emergency situations.
The Brigadier General appreciated their quick response and immediate intervention, explaining that the operations room had received a report indicating that a vehicle had fallen into the sea. Immediately, the specialized teams moved to the site, as it became clear that the vehicle’s driver was unable to exit due to the doors being broken, and his inability to break the glass, while the two people jumped into the sea and took the vehicle’s driver out to safety.
This comes within the framework of the Sharjah Police General Command’s keenness to enhance the culture of social responsibility and consolidate the values of positive cooperation among members of society, in addition to honoring honorable role models who contribute, with their humanitarian stances, to supporting the security and safety system and preserving lives.
The two honorees expressed their thanks and appreciation to Sharjah Police for this honor, stressing that what they did stems from a humanitarian duty and an embodiment of the values of cooperation and assistance rooted in the UAE society.
