Trends participates in "Kazan Forum" With contributions on technology and creative industries
Kazan, May 13, 2026 – Trends Global, through the Russia office of the Trends Group, is participating in the work of the seventeenth session of the Kazan International Economic Forum “Russia – Islamic World 2026”, which was launched yesterday and will continue until May 17 with the participation of more than 74 countries.
Dr. Mohamed Abdel Moneim Rashwan, Director of the Trends office in Moscow, said that Trends will present in-depth strategic visions during the forum through two main axes: a major intervention as an international consulting partner within a session on “Nature as a Basis for Technological Alliances between Russia and the Countries of the Islamic World,” in addition to a specialized panel discussion under the title “Integrating Advanced Technologies and Digital Transformation in Culture and Creative Industries.”
He explained that this participation enhances the actual role of the TRENDS office in Russia, which works as a research and scientific link aiming to bring views closer between global think tanks and the Arab and Islamic region, especially in the areas of innovation and economic cooperation.
The Kazan Forum witnesses more than 140 working sessions covering 20 different directions, with a special focus on integrating technological and financial initiatives and industry development.
