Sharjah, May 13 / WAM / The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Sharjah Private Education Authority announced the activation of the service of issuing and certifying educational certificates through the “Dalil” platform.
The electronic link between the Ministry and the Authority represents a qualitative step that consolidates digital integration between government agencies, and embodies an advanced model of joint government work based on the highest standards of accuracy and reliability in data exchange, which contributes to achieving the goals of the second phase of the “Zero Bureaucracy” program, and enhances the process of sustainable digital transformation through the shift from the traditional model of service to an integrated digital system that re-engineers its procedures, and provides a proactive service experience that reduces time and effort for customers, and raises their level of satisfaction with services. Governmental.
His Excellency Omar Obaid Al-Hussan Al Shamsi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, confirmed that the electronic link with the Sharjah Private Education Authority embodies the UAE government’s directions towards building a unified digital government system that is human-centered, enhances institutional integration, raises the level of government performance, and opens broader horizons for providing smart, proactive services that improve the quality of the government experience.
He added that this cooperation is of particular importance because of its role in supporting the objectives of the “Zero Bureaucracy” program, and its direct impact in facilitating the procedures for issuing and certifying educational certificates to parents, and enabling them to complete their transactions quickly and easily, which reflects the Ministry’s keenness to develop its services to be more flexible and responsive to the needs and aspirations of society.
For his part, His Excellency Ali Al Hosani, Director General of the Sharjah Private Education Authority, said that the new service reflects the level of integration between government agencies, and is the result of the effective integration between the authority and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which enabled the unification of certificate attestation procedures within a single digital platform, which reduces time and effort for parents, pointing to the continued work on developing the authority’s digital services in a way that enhances the user experience and raises the level of customer satisfaction in line with the trends of digital transformation in the country.
The service of issuing and certifying educational certificates reflects the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ direction towards developing integrated and proactive digital services that improve customers’ experience when applying for government services. It also falls within the efforts of the Sharjah Private Education Authority aimed at building an integrated digital educational system based on innovation and quality of services and keeping pace with the best international practices in government work.
The service also allows parents and students to issue and authenticate academic certificates electronically through a unified digital window through a direct electronic link between the two entities and completing one transaction instead of three transactions. It includes issuing the certificate from the Sharjah Private Education Authority and authenticating it from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, then approving it from the country’s embassy in the destination country without the need to review the service platforms for each entity separately, by submitting to the “Dalil” system, which is a central platform for managing student services, and provides a package of related digital services. With the educational path and in a way that contributes to shortening the effort and cost, and reducing the time for completing the service to only three minutes instead of the six working days that the procedures previously took, with three days inside the country and the same outside of it.
