The Security Services Support Authority in Ajman launches a programme "Readiness for artificial intelligence and developing future skills"

Ajman, 14 May / WAM / The Security Services Support Authority in the Emirate of Ajman launched the “Artificial Intelligence Readiness and Future Skills Development Programme” in line with the government directives launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, to accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence in government work and in line with the directions of the Ajman government towards enhancing government innovation and developing human capital.

The initiative also falls within the directives of the Authority’s Board of Directors aimed at enhancing institutional readiness, adopting smart solutions, and investing in developing human competencies.

The program aims to enable the Authority’s employees to acquire basic skills in artificial intelligence, and to raise their readiness to keep pace with the requirements of digital transformation through specialized training programs that support the objectives of the Authority’s strategic plan.

His Excellency Mohammed Abdullah Al Shamsi, Executive Director of the Authority, confirmed that the program reflects the Authority’s commitment to developing the capabilities of its employees and enhancing its institutional readiness, noting that developing artificial intelligence skills represents an essential pillar for sustaining institutional performance and improving the quality of government services.

For his part, Sultan Humaid Al Shamsi, Director of the Support Services Department, explained that the program constitutes a strategic step towards building a more efficient and innovative work environment, by exploring opportunities to employ artificial intelligence within the work environment and implementing operational experiments that support institutional adoption of smart solutions.

The Authority called on its employees to actively participate in the program and benefit from its outcomes in a way that contributes to enhancing its readiness for the requirements of the future.
