Meteorology: Temperature fluctuations and dusty conditions until May 19
Abu Dhabi, 14 May / WAM / The National Center of Meteorology expects that during the period from tomorrow, Friday, until May 19, the country will witness generally stable weather, with occasional dusty atmosphere and relative fluctuations in temperature, with frequent activity of winds stirring up dust and dust, while sea conditions will vary between turbulence and calm in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman during some periods.
The Center stated in a statement that the weather tomorrow, Friday, will be generally clear and sometimes dusty during the day, with light to moderate northwesterly to southwesterly winds that are active at times and raise dust, with speeds ranging between 10 and 25 km/h and up to 40 km/h, while the sea will be turbulent in the Arabian Gulf and medium to light waves in the Sea of Oman.
The weather on Saturday will be generally fair, partly cloudy in the east, with a slight rise in temperatures, while northwesterly winds will become active, turning to southeasterly, light to moderate speed, stirring up dust at times, at speeds ranging between 10 and 25 km/h and reaching 35 km/h, while the sea remains light waves in the Arabian Gulf and in the Sea of Oman.
Next Sunday will witness dusty weather interspersed with clouds to the east, with a decline in temperatures in the western regions, and southeasterly winds turning to northwesterly, light to moderate speed, sometimes active, stirring up dust and dust, at speeds ranging between 10 and 25 km/h and reaching 40 km/h, while the sea will have medium to turbulent waves in the Arabian Gulf, and light to medium waves in the Sea of Oman.
Monday is characterized by generally fair weather, sometimes dusty, with a drop in temperatures, and light to moderate northwesterly winds, active at dusty intervals, at speeds ranging between 10 and 25 km/h and reaching 40 km/h, while the sea will be turbulent to medium waves in the Arabian Gulf, and light to medium waves will be turbulent in the evening in the Sea of Oman.
On Tuesday, weather will be fair to partly cloudy at times, with temperatures tending to rise, and light to moderate northwesterly to southwesterly winds that are active at times, at speeds ranging between 10 and 25 km/h and reaching 35 km/h, while the sea will have moderate to light waves in the Arabian Gulf and in the Sea of Oman.
