المملكة: The Kingdom’s skies are clear… 17 dusty hours were observed, concentrated in Uzbekistan and Iran
Reveal the regional center For dust and sand storms, 17 hours of dust phenomena were monitored in the countries of the region during the first day of June of the year 2026 AD, while the Kingdom’s atmosphere was completely free of them.
Dust activity in Uzbekistan and Iran
The center explained, based on its daily reports based on Meteorological monitoring stations: The Republic of Uzbekistan topped the index by recording 13 continuous hours of dust through the “UZST” station.
The report added that the Islamic Republic of Iran witnessed 4 hours of Dust activity, distributed over three hours at the “OIZB” station, and one hour at the “OISL” station.
The center indicated that no similar cases were recorded in the rest of the countries of the region during the same period, which translates to the confinement of these climate phenomena to specific geographical scopes.
The regional center confirmed its continued intensification of daily monitoring of sand fluctuations, in an effort to support warning systems. Early and increase the readiness of countries to deal with the repercussions of emergency weather.
