ABU DHABI, 18th May / WAM / Emirates Palace Company, in partnership with LEAD Real Estate Development Company and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, today launched the “Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental Mansions” project, Abu Dhabi, which includes an exclusive limited group of 35 private residential palaces with unique designs within the Emirates Palace, in a step that embodies a new chapter in the process of luxury hospitality and upscale urban development in the capital, Abu Dhabi.
The project is the first private ownership offering within one of the most prominent luxury destinations in the UAE, and is expected to be completed by 2029.
The project embodies a strategic partnership between three main parties, including the Emirates Palace Company, which owns and operates the Emirates Palace, and Lead Real Estate Development Company, which is responsible for planning and developing residential units, benefiting from its experience in developing integrated destinations and urban communities in the UAE, in addition to the Mandarin Oriental Hotels Group, which will oversee the management of hospitality services and facilities allocated to these luxurious palaces.
These residences are located on one of the most prominent stretches of natural beaches in Abu Dhabi, within an environment that embraces a selection of the most important national, cultural and entertainment landmarks in the capital, including Al Watan Palace, the Founder’s Memorial, and the Abu Dhabi Corniche. The location also combines the waterfront and modern life, with easy access to the most prominent cultural destinations, business centers and high-end hospitality facilities, making it one of the most distinguished and luxurious residential locations in Abu Dhabi and the region.
The architectural design of the project was inspired by the spirit of Emirates Palace in a contemporary style that balances light, nature and privacy. The residences were designed around internal gardens and open courtyards with thoughtful views of the waterfront, while privacy was a pivotal element in the details of each home in line with the unique architectural identity of the project. The experience is completed through private hospitality facilities supervised by the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group with services designed with great care and attention to the smallest details.
His Excellency Humaid Matar Al Dhaheri, a member of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Palace Company, confirmed that the project constitutes a qualitative addition to the urban landscape in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and reflects the growing confidence in its real estate sector, pointing out that the project’s connection to the Emirates Palace, one of the most prominent iconic landmarks in the region, gives it an exceptional value that contributes to consolidating Abu Dhabi’s position as a capital of urban innovation and quality of life.
Mounir Haider, co-founder and CEO of Lead Real Estate Development Company, said that developing palaces within the scope of the Emirates Palace represents a great responsibility that stems from a deep awareness of the architectural and cultural value of the place. He explained that the project is not limited to providing a luxurious residential address, but rather embodies an extension of the concept of place making and high-end hospitality within a harmonious urban environment that contributes to strengthening Abu Dhabi’s position as an exceptional destination in the region.
Laurent Kleitmann, CEO of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, stressed that Abu Dhabi continues to consolidate its international presence thanks to the depth of its cultural identity, the high level of hospitality and its long-term development vision, pointing out that the project strengthens the group’s connection to the capital by providing a residential experience based on privacy, fine craftsmanship, and carefully designed services, in line with the exceptional position that Abu Dhabi enjoys regionally and globally.
