The Head of State receives the First Deputy Prime Minister of Russia
Abu Dhabi, May 26 / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, received today His Excellency Denis Manturov, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, who is on a working visit to the country.
His Excellency the First Deputy Prime Minister conveyed to His Highness the greetings of His Excellency Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, and his wishes for further prosperity for Emirati-Russian relations. His Highness also conveyed his greetings to President Vladimir Putin, expressing his wishes for his country and its people continued growth and development.
During the meeting, His Highness discussed with His Excellency Denis Manturov the path of development of cooperation relations between the UAE and Russia in various fields, especially economic and development, and continuing joint work to strengthen their strategic partnership.
The meeting was attended by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chief of the Presidential Office for Special Affairs, His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Advisor to His Highness the President of the State, and a number of ministers and officials.
