America.. Details of the participation of Saudi universities in a conference "Competitive" International

The participation of the delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia began today in the International 2026, with a unique presence that includes 20 Saudi universities, and with strategic sponsorship and empowerment from the Council of globally, highlighting its achievements in the fields of education, research and innovation.
Innovation and Technology Transfer
The participation work witnessed a series of bilateral meetings between the Kingdom’s delegation and a number of prestigious American universities, including the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Stanford University, and Yale University; With the aim of expanding the horizons of academic and research cooperation, enhancing knowledge exchange, and building partnerships in the fields of innovation and technology transfer.
The head of the Kingdom’s delegation, Deputy Secretary-General of the Council for University Affairs, Hani Muhammad Chaudhry, explained that the Kingdom’s participation in NAFSA 2026 is qualitative and unprecedented in terms of the size of participating Saudi universities, the diversity of workshops, and the breadth of agreements and partnerships, which reflects the qualitative transformation that the Saudi university education sector is witnessing at the international level.
Academic Experience. Academic Experience Saudi Arabia
As part of the participation activities, a number of specialized workshops were presented that highlighted the diversity and integration of the Saudi academic experience. Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University reviewed two initiatives to develop future-ready Arabic language programs, in a way that enhances global efficiency and innovation, supports the cultural dimension of students, and qualifies them to compete globally with cultural awareness and effective cultural communication.
The Saudi Electronic University also presented a workshop entitled: "Future higher education: artificial intelligence, innovation, and Saudi-American cooperation"It focused on anticipating the future of higher education and enhancing international cooperation in the fields of technology and knowledge.
The research system
King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences presented a workshop entitled: "Promoting excellence in biomedical research: leadership, innovation and global collaboration"It dealt with consolidating leadership in health scientific research, expanding areas of international cooperation, and promoting innovation in the research system.
The Kingdom’s participation in NAFSA 2026 comes within a strategic direction that enhances the presence of Saudi universities globally, supports the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 in developing the higher education system, and consolidates the Kingdom’s position as an effective knowledge partner in shaping the academic and research future.
