6 tips from Dubai Municipality to preserve the safety of sacrificial meat

Today, Thursday, Dubai Municipality issued six tips to maintain the safety and quality of meat after slaughtering the sacrifice.
The municipality stressed the necessity of transporting fresh sacrificial meat directly to the home and not leaving it unrefrigerated for long periods, and placing the raw meat in an airtight container at the bottom of the refrigerator, noting the possibility of freezing sacrificial meat after dividing it into several parts for later use.
She called for thawing frozen meat in the refrigerator and not at room temperature, stressing the importance of cooking meat well, and not leaving it after cooking at room temperature for more than two hours.
