The Supreme Committee for"Our summer is happiness" The organizational structure is approved in preparation for the launch of the seventh edition in Ajman

Ajman, June 27 / WAM / The Supreme Committee of the Ajman Government’s Summer Program “Our Summer is Happiness” approved the organizational structure of the programme, during its preparatory meeting chaired by His Excellency Ahmed Al Raisi, Chairman of the Supreme Committee of the programme, as part of the final preparations for the launch of the seventh edition of the programme, during the period from July 13 to August 13, 2026, under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council.

During the meeting, the committee discussed the latest developments related to the work plan, and approved the programs, events, and specialized workshops that will be offered to participants, in addition to monitoring the readiness of the summer centers, and reviewing the roles of participating government and private agencies, ensuring the provision of a distinct and integrated version of the programs that meets the aspirations of the various segments of society, and reflects the vision of the Ajman government in enhancing the quality of life and human empowerment.

The committee also approved the nomination of supervisors of the committees and summer centers, as part of efforts to complete the program’s organizational and administrative system and ensure the readiness of the work teams before the start of its activities.

The committee appointed Ali Al Shamsi as Vice-Chairman of the Organizing Committee, Abdulaziz Abdullah as General Supervisor of the Program, Maamoun Al Dharous as Supervisor of the Evaluation and Follow-up Committee, Maryam Al Dhahouri as Supervisor of Government Entities Programs and Initiatives, Badriya Al Hosani as Supervisor of the Summer Cultural Center, Salem Khalfan as Supervisor of the Summer Center for Boys, Maryam Al Shamsi as Supervisor of the Summer Center for Girls, and Rashid Al Ghamlasi as Supervisor of the Summer Center for Senior Citizens.

Saeed Al Matrooshi was also appointed as supervisor of the Competitions and Events Committee, Ahmed Fadel as supervisor of the Media Committee, Ahmed Hassan as supervisor of the Finance and Logistics Committee, Noura Abdullah as supervisor of the Administrative Coordination Committee, and Maryam Abdul Rahim as secretary.

The committee reviewed the plan for the press conference scheduled to be held at the beginning of July, during which the details of the program, the partner and supporting entities, and the participating summer centers will be announced, in addition to opening registration through the website for community members to benefit from the various programs and activities.

His Excellency Ahmed Al-Raisi, Chairman of the Supreme Committee of the “Our Summer is Happiness” program, confirmed that the committee is working according to an integrated vision to ensure the provision of an exceptional version of the program that lives up to the aspirations of society, and keeps pace with the directions of the Ajman government and the UAE in investing in people and developing their capabilities.

He said that the “Our Summer is Happiness” program is a pioneering community platform that combines learning, creativity, and purposeful entertainment. Through this year’s seventh edition, we seek to provide quality programs that contribute to developing participants’ skills and investing their time during the summer vacation in a way that enhances the values ​​of innovation, social responsibility, national belonging, and creative mental presence in various activities, in partnership with various government and private agencies.

He added that the Supreme Committee continues to coordinate with strategic partners to ensure the integration of programs and events, and to provide a rich experience targeting various age groups, including children, youth, senior citizens and people of determination, through activities that take into account their needs and meet their interests.

The “Our Summer is Happiness” program is one of the annual community initiatives organized by the Ajman government, with the aim of investing the summer vacation in educational, cultural, sports and community programs that contribute to building a conscious and creative generation, and enhance community participation and quality of life, in line with the emirate’s vision “Ajman for the People”.
