The Transitional Council has been able to assume its responsibilities towards the company, its shareholders and its customers, which reflects the keenness of government agencies to support the stability of economic entities and ensure the continuity of their business during the transitional phase, following the retirement of the majority of the members of the previous Board of Directors.
The Transitional Council is based on diverse leadership, administrative and financial expertise, led by Ms. Izdihar Allaf, who has professional experience extending for more than 20 years in the banking and economic media sectors, in addition to her specialization in governance, commitment and transparency. She chaired the transformation and investment committees in Mutawafi PilgrimsArab countries (Ashraqat) also includes Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulqader Nusair, an expert in business management, sustainable development, project development and financing, and management of strategic initiatives and institutional transformation. And also Mr. Muhammad bin Zakir Khoj, who has more than 30 years of experience in governance, financial management, restructuring, and institutional transformation, and has held a number of leadership and advisory positions in the public and private sectors.
