Sharjah Chamber launches its new website

Sharjah, 7 July / WAM / The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry launched its new website, which provides an integrated digital platform that allows members, the business community and customers to easily access electronic services, initiatives and economic data through an advanced digital experience, which enhances the chamber’s digital presence and improves the quality of its services.

The website provides a comprehensive digital experience that brings together the chamber’s basic services, its initiatives and affiliated institutions, and its cognitive and media content within a unified platform, while organizing information according to clear paths that help users access the available services, data, and opportunities in a way that meets the needs of investors, entrepreneurs, economic establishments, and chamber members.

The Chamber’s website, with its new design, includes an integrated system of digital services directed to members, economic establishments, and investors, including membership, certificates of origin, attestations, document verification, fees calculator, legal services, and hall reservations, facilitating the completion of transactions and access to information and requirements associated with each service efficiently and clearly.

The Chamber explained that its new website design ensures easy access to services, information and initiatives within a unified platform that serves members, entrepreneurs, establishments, exporters, researchers and partners, thus consolidating the Chamber’s role as a platform to empower the business community and enhancing Sharjah’s position as a leading center for investment and business.

His Excellency Mohammed Ahmed Amin Al Awadhi, Director General of the Sharjah Chamber, confirmed that the development of the website comes within an integrated system aimed at improving the experience of customers, the private sector and members of the Chamber, enhancing the efficiency of communication channels and services, and employing economic data and information to support decision-making and raise the competitiveness of private sector establishments and their ability to grow and access new opportunities and markets.

He explained that developing the Chamber’s digital presence comes in line with its vision of building a flexible and connected business environment capable of keeping pace with rapid economic and technical transformations, as the platform allows expanding the scope of benefiting from the Chamber’s services, ensuring interaction with the private sector, and responding more effectively to the needs of establishments of various sizes and sectors, in a way that supports sustainable economic development and consolidates Sharjah’s position as a competitive center for business and investment.

For his part, Abdulaziz Al Shamsi, Assistant Director General of the Communication and Business Sector at the Sharjah Chamber, confirmed that the development of the website focused on simplifying the user’s digital journey, accelerating access to services and information, and improving the organization of content across various tabs, allowing for a more easy and clear digital experience.

He pointed out that the website provides electronic channels and interactive tools that help members and customers complete their transactions, verify documents, learn about service requirements and fees, express their comments, and measure their level of satisfaction in a way that supports the continued growth of digital channels and raises the efficiency of their use.
