المملكة: For the first time…48 Saudi trainees graduated in aircraft engineering and maintenance

The college recorded an employment rate of 88% for its graduates within six months of graduation. This indicator reflects the compatibility of the approved training programs with the actual needs of the labor market in the aviation sector.

Aircraft Engineering and Maintenance

The CEO of the Colleges of Excellence, Eng. Ayman Al Abdullah, explained that the college has produced more than 10,000 trainees since its founding.

He stressed that these outputs confirm the ability of national competencies to compete in promising technical specializations.

Al Abdullah appreciated the role of government agencies and airline companies in providing job opportunities for young people, Pointing to the importance of these partnerships in enhancing the readiness of cadres to contribute to the development of the local sector.

Investing in talent

For his part, Nahar Al-Juhani, Vice President of Human Resources at Riyadh Aviation, revealed that the company is sponsoring 27 female graduate trainees, indicating that the step comes within the strategy of investing in national talent and supporting women professionally.

Al-Juhani pointed to the importance of integration between training institutions and private sector companies to build Sustainable career paths.

The college offers programs in structures, mechanics and avionics, in addition to drone maintenance.
