Launch a program "Executive leadership of Emirati talent" To prepare future leaders

ABU DHABI, 16 JULY / WAM / The Abu Dhabi School of Management (ADSM), affiliated with the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in cooperation with the Gracia Group, and with the support of the Emirates Competitiveness Council, launched the “Executive Leadership Program for Emirati Talents”.
This strategic program aims to prepare and develop national competencies to assume senior leadership and executive positions in various sectors of the country, as the first batch is scheduled to start at the end of August 2026, with the participation of between 40 to 50 Emirati talents.
The official announcement came during a ceremony hosted by the college in the presence of strategic partners, academic leaders, and representatives of government agencies.
Dr. Mark Pullen, President of Abu Dhabi School of Management, stressed the college’s commitment to qualifying graduates and preparing future leaders through an applied educational approach that enhances innovation, scientific research, and academic excellence to keep pace with the evolving business environment.
Professor Mark Uday, Academic Dean of the College, also pointed to the comprehensive transformation of the institution as an integrated educational system in line with national priorities, highlighting the strategic partnership with the Royal Management Institute (CMI) in the United Kingdom to provide accredited international tracks that enhance the leadership capabilities of participants.
Farah Shakhashiro, Vice President of Gracia Group, explained that the program focuses strongly on direct application in the work environment through executive training and projects supported by artificial intelligence to achieve a tangible institutional impact.
In the same context, Matt Bryan, Head of the Middle East and North Africa Department at the Royal Institute of Management, stressed the importance of this partnership in giving participants globally recognized leadership and management qualifications, and providing access to an international professional network and extensive educational resources to broaden their horizons and develop their careers.
Regarding the academic details, Dr. Razan Al Masri, Head of the General Education Department at Abu Dhabi School of Management, reviewed the program tracks designed according to a blended executive education model, which allows the choice between two Level 7 qualifications accredited by the Royal Institute of Management and equivalent to the graduate level.
The certificate track provides an intensive experience focusing on strategic leadership and corporate strategies, while the diploma track expands to cover strategic risk management, data and marketing, and concludes with an integrated applied project that combines in-person workshops and digital learning tools, to ensure improving the performance of institutions and accelerating the country’s path towards leadership and sustainable economic growth.
