Abdullah bin Zayed and the Egyptian Foreign Minister discuss fraternal relations and the overall situation in the region

His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, received Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Egyptians Abroad In the sister Arab Republic of Egypt Dr. Badr Abdel Ati.

During the meeting held in Abu Dhabi, the two sides discussed the situation in the Middle East region and ways to strengthen regional and international efforts to end the escalation in the region and ensure freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz in accordance with international law.

The two ministers discussed the necessity of working to achieve sustainable security and stability in the region, in a way that meets the aspirations of its people for development and prosperity.

His Highness and Dr. Badr Abdel Ati also discussed the established fraternal relations between the UAE and the Arab Republic of Egypt, and ways to strengthen them in a way that serves the mutual interests of the two countries and supports their development goals.

During the meeting, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan stressed the depth of the brotherly relations that bring the two countries together, and the continuous growth and development witnessed in the paths of bilateral cooperation in various sectors.
