Suspension of trading in Jahez Company shares to complete transfer procedures to TASI

Saudi Tadawul announced the suspension of trading in Jahez International Information Systems Technology Company, starting tomorrow, Thursday, for a period not exceeding five trading sessions to complete the procedures for moving to the main market.
On November 18, Tadawul Saudi Arabia announced its approval of Jahez International Information Systems Technology Company’s request to move from Nomu – the parallel market to the main market, and to make the transfer document available to the public.
Saudi Tadawul noted the announcement of the listing date and the start of trading of the issuer’s shares in the main market as soon as the procedures are completed.
