The parent is responsible for communicating with the school when any technical problem occurs

The administrations of a number of public and private schools that implement the Ministry of Education curriculum have stressed the importance of parents’ commitment to communicating directly with the school in the event of any technical problem that may affect students’ attendance or participation in the educational process, via the designated hotline or through the social worker, to ensure the speedy remediation of the defect and the continuity of learning without interruption.
Reporting responsibility
The departments explained, in an alert addressed to parents, and seen by Emirates Today, that the responsibility for reporting technical malfunctions falls on the guardian, with the need to provide the school with a clear picture that accurately explains the nature of the malfunction, which contributes to verifying the problem and taking appropriate measures in a timely manner.
