"Borouge Energy" Announces the completion of the acquisition of "Gulf Shipping" In the first quarter of 2025
Dubai, 4 December / WAM / Borouge Energy Company announced that the process of acquiring its business and assets in the Emirates by Gulf Navigation Holding Company is in the final stage, as the company aims to complete the acquisition process by the first quarter of 2025.
The company added in a statement that all necessary steps for the acquisition are being taken in coordination with the company’s advisors in the UAE, the Cayman Islands and the United States.
The statement affirmed Borouge Energy and Gulf Navigation Company’s full commitment to ensuring that all regulatory approvals, due diligence and other required procedures are completed in a timely manner to facilitate a smooth transition.
The statement indicated that Borouge Energy Company continues to prioritize the interests of its shareholders and is confident that this strategic acquisition will open more growth opportunities for both companies in the region.
