Opening the door for nominations for membership in the Board of Directors of “ASLAK”
Union Wire Factories Company (Aslak) announced the opening of nominations for membership in the company’s Board of Directors for the next session.
According to the company’s statement on the Saudi Tadawul, the next cycle begins on April 10, 2025 AD and ends on April 9, 2029 AD.
She added that the opening date for nominations is 06/07/1446, corresponding to 12/08/2024, while the closing date for nominations will be 07/18/1446, corresponding to 01/18/2025.
