المملكة: “Education” invites its employees to participate in the job engagement questionnaire

The Human Resources Agency at the Ministry of Education invited all occupants of educational and administrative positions in departments, offices and schools across the Kingdom to participate in the job engagement questionnaire, which aims to enhance an attractive, motivating and encouraging work environment for creativity and excellence..
The Ministry announced the launch of the eighth session of the periodic measurement project for job engagement, directed to all male and female education employees, through the “The Future is Ours” questionnaire, which is adopted by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, in order to achieve the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

Improving the performance of educational institutions

In this context, Minister of Education Youssef Al-Benyan said :”At the Ministry of Education, we work to create change by achieving a sustainable institutional culture that enhances job engagement and continues to achieve its requirements.
He continued: By sharing your opinions, we make a difference, achieve ambition, and share success to reach job satisfaction, believing in our roles and responsibilities towards an attractive, motivating work environment that encourages creativity and excellence.“
