Blinken: Washington will support the future Syrian government

 US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said that “all countries should pledge to support a comprehensive and transparent process in Syria and refrain from interfering in its affairs.”

He said" The United States will fully recognize and support the future government of Syria resulting from this process.”

The US Secretary of State added: “All opposition groups seeking to govern Syria must demonstrate their commitment to the rights of all, the rule of law, and the protection of minorities.”
